Black Cloud Pills - solved
The late Lama Wangdu of Tsopema is recorded as referring to a medicine known as "Ngakla Tinnak", saying that it means black cloud pills.
I think it is safe to assume that the tinnak is སྤྲིན་ནག. But aren't pills usually རིལ་བུ? Any good guesses as to the real Tibetan behind this?
Solved through internal evidence!

Internal evidence from the document where this is found shows that the "Ngakla" is intended to convey what we might more usually call "Ngagpa". Hoodathunkit?
