Kyabje Konchok Rinpoche known in Tso Pema early noughties.

With both “Kyabje” and “Rinpoche” being honorific terms, and “Konchog” being a rather common name, I have not yet managed to identify this Kyabje Konchok Rinpoche. Any clues?
