Rigdzin Khamtrul Rinpoche

 A lama known as Rigdzin Khamtrul Rinpoche (or similar), died in 1977 or so, who seems to have escaped from Tibet in about '57, together with a large number of nomads. NOT the Khamtrul Rinpoche teacher of Tenzin Palmo. Who was he?
