Where is "Tam Sik" in Nepal. Probably close to the Tibetan border, and has a prison.

The text has: “When I reached the Nepalese border, the police arrested me and imprisoned me for a month, at a place called Tam Sik”.

But where is Tam Sik?  Or is the name more like Tramse?
