Where is Trichuling in Nepal? Soved!

The transcript refers to a place Trichuling, in Nepal but without further detail. The only candidate I've found so far is Trishuli. Any better guesses?

Solved! This is one of the few parts of the transcript for which I have the audio recording. When I listened to this section, I found it did not sound much like Trichuling, but rather appeared to say, “a Nepalese place called Dolpo, called Tichirong”. Dolpo may be remote and small, but it is entirely well-known. I inserted this into Google search - Bingo, first time!
